Mango Smoothies

Smoothies!

Mixed Berry

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¼ cup natural Greek yoghurt
  • ¾ cup low fat milk or soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Peach & Mango

  • 1 whole peach, skin and stone removed and chopped into eighths
  • Flesh of half a ripe mango
  • ½ cup vanilla frozen yoghurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup mango juice/nectar
  • 3 ice cubes
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Peanut Butter & Banana

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons 100% peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup natural Greek yoghurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Kiwi Smoothie

Kiwi Melon

  • ½ cup chopped honeydew melon
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
  • ½ cup vanilla frozen yoghurt
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
